Work

Created Several workstation profiles to address the different user needs, we took into consideration Access Level, Printers, Location, and login restrictions.

Upgraded local PC’s to newer hardware and migrated some users to a virtual desktop, and pushed all software upgrades and patches from a centralized location.
Software and hardware inventory is managed by ScalePad and LifeCycle Manager, with alerts to notify when warranty expires, system are beyond company policy, and alers on non responsive wardware.
Sychronized user profile with OneDrive.
