Marketing company to help small and medium-sized law firms level the playing field against larger national firms who were utilizing black-hat marketing strategies to secure clients.

Problem

When Covid 19 started, the company decided to close the office and only work remotely. The staff is located in several time zones and has varying internet

Work

Created an environment in the cloud, containing:

  • Domain Controller
  • Azure AD integration
  • Virtual Desktops
  • Hot Storage for large files
  • 3CX VoIP Server

Tested the environment with the staff at SLS to ensure capability to Print, communicate, save, and to ensure adequate performance while working on large graphics files.

Result

Employees can access and work on large graphics files from anywhere in the
world. The VoIP solution provide adequate functionality to help the company function in a simulated office environment. The company does not have to spend money on rent and increased profit margins.
