Laith Pahlawan founded Orange Crew with a clear mission: make IT support honest, reliable, and easy for businesses to navigate. With over 30 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, Laith brings a rare blend of technical depth and business sense that’s helped hundreds of companies run smarter and more securely.

What started in 2002 as a solo venture has grown into a trusted Managed Services Provider serving businesses across Southern California and beyond. Laith has guided that journey every step of the way—designing secure networks, building scalable systems, and leading a team that’s known for its responsiveness and care.

He’s also the founder of BloomLogic, an AI platform that helps businesses turn disconnected data into clear, actionable insight. Whether he’s working with law firms, medical practices, or growing startups, Laith focuses on real-world results: fewer issues, better uptime, and systems that just work.

Fluent in English and Arabic (and conversational in Portuguese and Spanish), Laith connects easily with people from all backgrounds. He believes that great IT is built on relationships, not just technology—and that’s reflected in everything Orange Crew does.
