PMP is a community management company with several clients in Santa Monica and surrounding areas. With over 100 properties to manage, their fleet needs constant management and is continually expanding.

Situation

With old Hardware running the company and having to comply with new Insurance requirements while creating a flexible work environment, Orange Crew has the responsibility to manage the company fleet and upgrade all PC’s servers, and peripherals to keep work flowing.

Work

Orange Crew has to maintain an inventory of all equipment and is responsible to maintain and patch all devices.

• Inventory is tracked using Datto RMM agents
• Systems are patched using Datto RMM solution
• ScalePad is used to manage the fleet lifecycle
• PMP has 500 devices that are renewed constantly

Systems are shipped to Orange Crew office, the systems are prepared and configured completely in hous and finally delivered to the final destination ready to operate.

Result

With the use of profile migration tools, constant patching, and continuous upgrade schedule, users at PMP never have to work on old systems, they work in a secure environment, they have the flexibility to work from anywhere and when upgaded they have the least amount of interupption.
