    • Clients must provide Orange Crew Inc. with access to necessary equipment and facilities to perform services.
    • Clients must ensure that all passwords and administrative access needed for service provision are available to Orange Crew Inc..
    • Clients are responsible for informing us of any changes in their IT infrastructure that may affect service delivery.
  1. Fees and Payment
    • Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis, with payment due on the first of each month.
    • Any additional services outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
    • Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum legal rate.
  1. Confidentiality Both parties agree to hold each other’s proprietary or confidential information in strict confidence.Orange Crew Inc. shall not disclose client information unless required by law.
  2. Liability and Indemnification Orange Crew Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Orange Crew Inc. harmless from any claims arising out of the client’s use of our services.
  3. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with 30-days written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to return any loaned equipment and cease using any proprietary software provided by Orange Crew Inc..
  4. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Ana, California.
  5. Modifications OrangeCrew Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
